okay - what can we learn from the poor diet choices yesterday?
1) don't drink calories!
2) pack lunch & eat it!!! (I took mine, but then ditched it for going out to eat...)
3) when you have already gone over calories, don't give up, limit!!!

doing good so far!!! it was SO hard to eat my packed lunch today, b/c i ate with a friend in our div. school cafeteria (which is AMAZING homecooked southern style food). She had mashed potatoes and creamed corn and peach cobbler and fried porkchops... and it looked SO good - but i sat and ate my little sandwich and yogurt... I think I need to give myself the grace to eat like that once a week - but only once, b/c my entire daily calories were probably in that meal!!!
 
Everyone is allowed one cheat meal a week. Don't think of the calories, cuz ya need it :) Its how ya stay sane! Good job on eating your"little sandwhich"...I probably wouldn't have had the willpower to do it :)

okay - tonight I have a huge party at school, with catered food and plenty of liquor... so i'm not counting then, but i have to behave the rest of the day!!!

alright - I have been icognito for a while - mostly because of an extrordinarily busy weekend...

I did "okay" with food choices - had far too many dates and figs and pieces of pie, but i'm back on track today...

OH! good news - my fiancee started a new job this morning, so our schedules are now much more in line... it also means that it will force me to get up earlier (and allow me to go to bed earlier) so that I can get my exercise in before class - particularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays... I should have gone for a run this morning, but wussed out b/c it was chilly - silly katie!!!!

You and I are at about the same weight, and you give me so much motivation!! Just reading through your diary, you are dedicated, and like me so stressed out sometimes that you forget, but you get right back on track. Keep up the great work, and congratulations on your weight loss, very impressive! :)

Hope you've been doing well. It looks like that based on your diary. I'm glad you're back with us! You can do it! The last 10 lbs are really hard to get through, but we can do it!
 
Okay - this week has been Holy Week at church, so way too many services and rehearsals and meetings, so the past TWO nights I had fast food - ACK... I hated it, but when you don't get home until 9 - you take what you can get!!!

Today - doing better

dinner:

total cals: 950
h2o: 16 oz (so far)
exercise: 30 min run

oh - and by the way - I DID buy some apples =) yummy!!!!

Looks like you're doing good! Don't worry about this week, holidays will do this to you. Just eat well whenever you can!
