you are totally right! it isn't about "bad" vs. "good" foods. that is how we set ourselves up for failure, right? lol thats the diet mentality, and i want a lifestyle change. everything in moderation, 'tis the motto of the day i think. haha thank you for reminding me of that thanks for stopping by again. i really do find it motivating to have people cheering me on and reminding me of how well i am actually doing, because it really IS easy to forget!

I also hate looking for work - it's a pain in the rear...the entire process is so much work, and pretty stressful! Have you found anything good yet?!
Good luck on your workout tonight! I hope it went well...and I'm sorry to hear that you're not as impressed as you wish to be. It can be hard sometimes after you lose weight, because it gets harder to keep losing that amount...you might also be finding that you're gaining muscle weight while losing fat weight- if so, you might not feel/see the difference. I think you're going to see a difference soon- you're doing an excellent job on the workouts! Keep it up!
I'm sorry to hear that you feel you and your bf are drifting apart- that's never a good feeling...I'm also sorry to hear that school has you stressed out. I know how school can impact your stress levels. It can be overwhelming and all encompassing at times...I hope it turns around!! *hugs*
