Day 16:
I did my chest and back workout last night. I have to say... I KILLED it
I did 27 full- body push-ups straight. Last week, I did 8 decline push-ups (feet on a chair, hands on floor) and this week I did 12! That's a 50% increase!! Lol I am not meaning to brag at all. I am just so proud of myself
Tonight is plyo. Not sure how I can do it cause my workout area is still on the fritz. Last week I went to the gym at 6 am to do my arms and shoulders eworkout. I am not a morning person, let alone a morning exerciser (most of my p90x workout take place after 7 pm). And I havve to say that I felt great
maybe I will try to start working out in the morning.. Naw! Lol
