Katesmash's Diary (for lack of a better title)

Wednesday... not a bad day :) Not a great day either

Breakfast - 2 blueberry waffles & glass of juice
Snack - FruitSource + Veggie bar
Lunch - Burger King :silent: chicken fries & 1/2 a medium fries (& bottle of water)
Snack - 3 homemade oatmeal raisin cookies (thanks mom!)
Supper - microwave popcorn (lunch was late, didn't really eat "supper")
Snack - FruitSource bar

Ooops I'm behind a day in my journal!

Thursday's food:
Breakfast - frosted mini wheats & juice
Lunch - slice of pepperoni pizza & a Bananarilla Orange Julius
Snack - oatmeal raisin cookie
Supper - mushroom chicken, carrots & rice
Snack - 2 oatmeal raisin cookie

Thursday's exercise:
* walking (in mall) - 30 minutes
* walking outside - 15 minutes
* 60 crunches w/ exercise ball
* SparkPeople 8 Minute Lower Body workout video
* SP 6 Minute Upper Body workout video

There is NO way I would do this much exercise in a typical week if I didn't have these videos available. I LOVE it!

Friday's food:
Breakfast - 2 blueberry waffles & glass of juice
Snack - Cadbury Dairy Milk Thin chocolate bar (100 calories!)
Lunch - turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, glass of milk & FruitSource + Veggie bar
Snack - 2 ArrowRoot cookies
Supper - 6 onion rings & Propel Calcium & Vitamin enriched water
Snack - FruitSource bar

Supper looks bad, but it actually wasn't that bad when you look at the rest of my day. I'm not over in any of my #'s! :hurray:

Exercise - Planning on going out for hubby's birthday with a friend, so there will be dancing! :cheers2:
