Started a weight watchers club :) I'm happyyyyyy!

Right, so I have to have 21 points per day

Today:-

1 pint of skim milk (some with the coco pops, some with the tea, some on its own) = 0.5 points
Coco pops = 2 points
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber sandwich with LF mayo = 1.5 points
Weight watchers chicken curry = 4.5 points
LF Cheese sandwich = 3 points
Weight watchers tomato soup = 1 point
Weight watchers toast with LF spread = 1 point
50g wholewheat pasta = 2.5 points
200g chopped tomatoes = 0.5 points
LF cheese = 1.5 points
2 eggs = 3 points

Also 3 huge mugs of green tea and 1.5 L water :)

Hi Kate,
Good luck with your goals.
It really helps to stick to the diet when you are writing everything down.
I find it hard to cheat when I know I have to write it down. I know I could just not write the "bad" stuff down, but its only me who looses out.

apple = 1 point
chips = 3 points
bread= 2 points
apple crumble slice = 6 points

21.5
 
turkey sandwiches on weight watchers malt bread = 8 points
tuna with pasta and RC mayo = 5 points
weight watchers toast = 1.5 points
weight watchers ocean pie = 3.5 points
weight watchers chocolate brownie = 2 points

Snacks = stir fried veg 0 points

Total = 20
