So sorry that I have been so rubbish. My life has run away with itself this week and I've been 'down' so I kinda hide away from everything. So, apologies.. [emoji8]
Feeling much better in myself today.
The walk I did on Tuesday was training for this weekend. I have done some but Tuesday was an all day walk in preparation for my two day hike/wild camp, carrying all my gear [emoji15][emoji15][emoji15][emoji15][emoji15] never done it before. On Tuesday I walked 17.5 miles! All went well, took longer than I thought and ended up rushing like an idiot all evening when I got back but it was good.
Tomorrow morning we are driving to Bodmin Moor, in Cornwall (not sure how far away 2-3hours maybe) and having breakfast at a pub and then tracking off into the Moor. Apparently the pub with be our last contact with civilisation until we finish on Sunday afternoon/ evening........depends how long it takes [emoji47][emoji47][emoji47] really excited but also nervous!!!!
I'll try and post some pics when I get back..
I've been really good food wise so hopefully I'll have a loss on Monday ( can't weigh Sunday morning)
