Goldilocks lol that made me giggle
Day 2
Breakfast: PORRIDGE lol
Lunch: Ham, lettuce and extra light granary sandwich, low cal crisps and a nectarine
Dinner: Ham salad with coleslaw and extra light salad cream
Snacks: 3 coffees and I am going to have an ice lolly in a minute
Calories: 1394
Exercise: 30 min dog walk and 4 hours of scrubbing the toilet and bathroom!
Fitbit steps: 8683 I didn't do loads of walking so didn't reach my 10,000 target (I said yesterday that I wanted to do 15,000 steps a day, I think it will be hard to reach that every day so i'll aim for that on a running day)
Had the day off today and had the loveliest lie in ever......got up at 10.30

Had a last breakfast then took the dogs out, went to do the food shop and then spent the rest of the day mentally OCD sparkly cleaning the bathroom and toilet. Did dinner and then went to Explorers. Jack is doing his assessed Duke of Edinburgh expedition hike tomorrow and we were sorting all their stuff.
Home, shower........And relax. Ice lolly now, night night.
