Jam and Cream Scone
Slice Toffee Cheesecake
Cheese Beans on Toast

Cup of Coffee

Not a great start granted, will do some sit ups in a bit!! Least ive already had a long walk today!:driving:
 
That might be the greatest first food diary entry I have ever seen.

None of this 2 sticks of celery bollocks. Fair play :D
 
My waist to hip ratio is very similar. Stupid genetics. :-(

Good luck! And regardless of whether it's a good or bad start, it's a START. You're ahead of the game.
 
Haha well honestly is the best policy!
Yeah i think my waist to hip ratio is so bad because im an apple shape so all my weight really is around my middle :(

Well things didn't get much better than that the next two days but i did get more exercise done by going for a really long walk (hour plus) yesterday, but then again i probably needed it after the doughnuts, minstrels and malteasers :O
Dont know why i had dougnuts i dont even like them!! doh!!! will make bigger efforts today!
 
Had a muchhh better day today, albeit no exercise other than working and walking to and from work so nothing strenuous!

Started a food diary on another site now which tells me how many calories everything is, so i can work out how many i can use. ive got 69 (wahey!) left today but wont use them :)
also sneaked on the scales and i weighed 10 stone 9, but i think thats more my fluctuating weight rather than any weightloss but im going to try and only weigh myself once a week from now on.

right thats me updated, over and out :)
