Life.
Never really goes as planned right?
Currently 211. Still working out, just not eating on plan so well. I'll update more later because there have been aloooooooot of changes. But I'm on my crappy iPad right now and typing a whole thing on here seems tedious so when I get a chance at my desktop I'll update fully.

Ooooooookaaaay. Cate messaged me and it showed up in my email inbox and suddenly I realized there is an entire part of my life that dropped off the face of the earth in February and HELLO, I've been missing it. Yes...it was bacon. I forgot about bacon.

JUST KIDDING!! I forgot I need to do things like pay attention to my health and fitness because I got a new job that is super intense. But in a good way. And things in my personal life have been up and down and up and down and hopefully going up again...still single though...sadly.

So, starting probably close to where I left off: I suddenly took a really awesome job offer with a company that I used to work with peripherally. I'm in IT and Data Analysis which is kinda my niche. When I worked in the medical field I focused on EMR databases and implementation while I was in administration and it amazingly carries over into the fishing industry pretty well when you are doing global logistics. Which is where I am now. And its been a crazy learning curve. I kinda love it. I was at my other job one day, and an old friend/cohort in shinanagans called me and asked me if I'd be interested in a job. A few days later I had accepted the job, signed a contract and was on a plane to Seattle to meet the Execs and get schmoozed.

Now health and weight wise. I'm around 210, last weight in was 210.something. So I've not gained but I know I've lost fitness level wise because I have been a chair surfer lately. I am nailed to a desk and computer 9 hours a day AT LEAST. That will change soon though, we are getting standing desks at work and our company just bought us all new fitbits and started a company wide fitness challenge. Happy about the standing desks!!

I've been making it to the gym approx once a week. Bad! But I get out and walk the dog a few miles here and there a few times a week. I still average over 80,000 steps a week. Its probably the only thing keeping me from gaining massive amounts of weight. DONT get me wrong, I do have goals for this year. I do want to get down to goal weight. And I've been trying to make changes. Making time for the gym is hard though, and yayaya, diet is 90% of the struggle so I should just not eat so much crap. I'm working on it. I'm thinking about working on it. I'm thinking about it? Gaaaaw....hot wings are so delicious.

Anyways, you are all updated, I will be back...need to catch up on what is probably 80 pages of Cate's diary.
