I started a new thread ya'll!!! Need a fresh start for 2016.
2015 ended great. I went to the gym!! It's closed today or I'd go again to get a good New Years start on my New and Improved 2016 plan!
So, for those that do not know me and just happen upon this new and improved diary, I am Kaplooie, 36 year old fat lady trying to be not fat.
This year I have decided to dedicate myself to a ketogenic lifestyle and very low calorie until I reach my goal weight (which is 150 for 2016, UGW of <130 to be in a healthy BMI range). This morning (after some serious partying last night with two birthday peeps plus new years) I weighed in at 221.8. That's up from my pre-Christmas low of 216. Also, I have set a goal of working out at the gym at least 4 times a week. I'm going to weigh daily and track my weight in a spreadsheet (I actually started doing this in November) so I can see a 5-7 day average that goes down instead of a line on a graph on MFP that goes all over the flippin place. I also need to track all my food and exercise every single day on MFP. Even the shitty binge days. Even if its like, 10,000 calories! <--- I don't think I've ever managed that but I have the potential.
So to sum up those goals in a nice neat bullet pointed list:
I have other goals too, like find a new job (I'm liking the one I have less and less), find a new boyfriend. Seriously I've been "single" for longer then ever before. Quit drinking. That's a big one because it really does screw with my calories and weight and is just generally something I'd like to say goodbye to except for the occasional glass of social wine. And last but not least, put some damn makeup on my face every single day, it makes me feel good about myself.
SOOOOO, with all that being said *written* Welcome to the 2016 Kaplooie shit show!! Let the games begin!!
