So this week has been pretty good, i worked out hard monday and tuesday, skipped last night because i had a dermafibroma removed from my shoulder and now i have 5 stitches, i could have worked out but i guess i used it as an excuse not to hehe, but tonight im going for sure because this weekend were camping all weekend so i wont be ablt to work out until sunday, and im sure ill eat like crap, you know camping food. but its ok once in a while, I changed my goal from 160 to 150 as im 161 now and still feel like i have about 10 more pounds to lose, even though im now a size 6/8, and everyone is telling me i look awesome, i just want to be 150, that would be amazing!!I know its gonna take me some hard work to get off these extra 10 pounds, seems like my body is pretty happy here at 160, because i have been the same pretty much all week. any ideas how to get past that plateau??? any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!
