Kalies Diary...oh here we go...

So i havent poted for a while because i was getting frusterated, i guess i want instant gratification, so sundayt night we went out for dinner, yes mexican food, it was good though i didnt eat too much at all, i did eeat too many chips, but i only ate half my plate as opposed to the whole thing like usual! I did feel bad but last night i worked out for about 1 hour and 15 min, and this morning im down another pound, so i guess its ok, i think were going to make that a monthly thing, because i got a little taste and so it was easy to start again the next day. im back on board, i had a little treat but now i am back!

I've not been able to get of my fat @xx and go back to the gym. I have so many excuses you can't believe it.

When you go to the gym does your husband / partner watch the kids?
 
Yeah when i go to the gym he watches the kids, i make dinner, he gets off work we eat i sit for a minute then i go to the gym, then i come home and watch my shows LOL, I love going to the gym, its some mommy time just for me, and its the only alone time i get!!! OFF TO THE GYM I GO!
 
sO I WEIGHED MYSELF FOR THE LAST TIME BEFORE MY HUBBY TAKES MY SCALE AWAY AND ONLY LETS ME HAVE IT ONCE A WEEK AND IT SAID 189.5 I COULDNT BELIEVE IT SO I STEPPED ON IT 10 MORE TIMES AND THE HIGHEST IT WENT WAS 190.0 SO I THINK ITS STARTING TO CATCH UP WITH ME AND THE WEIGHT IT JUST TRYING TO FALL OFF NOW, WHICH I DO NOT MIND, IVE BEEN WORKING MY BUNS OFF, BUT MY SCALE IS GOING BYE BYE AND I CAN ONLY HAVE IT ON MONDAYS BECAUSE THATS THE DAY I STARTED.
 
Here i am again, seems like im kind of talking to myself lol, anyways, i am going to post what i ate yesterday to see what you guys thin, ireally do not want to be eating too little, because im losing so fast i want to make sure its healthy

Breakfast~special k meal bar, 190 cals
Apple
water

lunch~ lean cuisine pizza "makes me totally feel like im cheating they are so yummy" 300 cals,
special k snack bites 90 cals
water

Snack 1/2 banana

Dinner~ one pork chop and barbeque sauce YUMMY
one baked potato with butter and pepper,
about 1/2 cup of corn
water

SO im guessing thats about 1300 cals??? what do you guys think, im so bad at counting cals well there ya go, and today is going to be almost exactly the same as i need to cook the rest of the pork chops, they are so good!

I do not know about the calorie counting, though I know you can go to Fit day adn do a free counter on there. I am only on day 3 and getting back in the gorve of things. I refuse to bring a scale in the house, I will weight myself once a week on monday at the gym, it is hard not to do it everyday.
Anyhow, just wanted to drop in and say hi since no one was, he he.

So guys i think i totally screwed up last night, had a family get together and i drank too much raspberry vodka, ate too much pizza "yes pizza" and ate too many chocalate truffles! OMG i think i gained everything back in one night!!! it was a lot of fun though but i totally let loose and lost all self control!! I need serious help, is there anyway to counteract what i did, can i like not eat anything all day today??? or just eat very strictly?? or work out for 5 hours??? ohh man!! LOL i feel like such a loser. oh well i guess just get back on the horse right???
 
Alcohol generally equals diet disaster. A sad reality. But one bad day does not sabotage weeks/months worth of work. You didn't lose the weight overnight, so you won't gain it back overnight. Look on it as a learning experience and just promise yourself you won't make the same mistake again. You've been doing so well and you deserve to be proud of yourself, despite a slip-up! I'm sorry I haven't stopped into your diary in a while. I'm not sure how I managed to skip over it so much! I promise I'll be a better forum buddy from now on. Haha.
 
Today has been much better. heres what i ate

dinner turkey enchilada and side of no fat refried beans

Now ima go work out BOOYAA!
 
Heres a lil tip for you all, do not skip 3 days of working out and eat like crap!! Last night at the gym, it killed me, i was so tired and so sore, i wanted to stop, but i didnt, i worked out for 1 hour total, i didnt have any strength to do any weights, but i did do alot of cardio, hopefully today will be better!

1 lean cuisine sweedish meatballs
and for dinner im making Chacken breast wraps, they are, whole wheat tortilla filled with cut up chicken breast a lil sprinkle of cheddar cheese lettuce and i know sounds weird but a little bit of light mayo, yummy and only about 300 cals, and im making corn too!

Oh and by the way, FERGIE is the bomb to work out to!! really she really gets me going!

Wow you have a great menue! Did you try the new honeynut special K snack bars?They are awesome and the southbeach
peanutbutter cereal bars! I never thought to make chicken wraps that
way souinds yummy with lie mayo I always used Fat free sourcream.

Do you get those South Beach foods at a regular grocery store? I don't think I've ever seen them, but it could just be because I've never bothered to look. I've heard some pretty good things about them so I'd really like to try them out.
 
Yeah you can but them in the regular store, in the frozen section and the wraps and stuff are over by the lunchables and cheeses and stuff at least here they are, they are pretty good, nice and easy, and if its easy im going to do it, so it works really good for me!! you should try them!!! had a really good workout again last night, i watched american idol at the gym, it was pretty funny. so time went really fast, i weighed myself for the first time since the "pizza and booze" fiasco, and im still the same, which is OK, i would have like to lose more, but at least i know im still where i was, and now i can push myself harder to get to losing again. well have a wonderdul day all!
 
today has been a good day, for brekfast i had
1 Peice 12 grain bread with smart baance buttery spread
1 special k bar
lunch lean cuisine pizza
1/2 baked potatoe with buttery spread "had to up my cals"
and for dinner im making chicken breast over whole wheat noodles with garlic and oregano tomato sauce and a side of corn

totals for the day 1330 cals. higher than the last couple days but i think its good. oh and lots of water of course!!!
