Thanks! 24 pounds does seem like a long way to go though...closer than before but still a bit intangible for me. I'll get there though---just like everyone else here! :)

You look great Kaitie. I know its hard on a teacher's schedule to do this thing (I lost 8 pounds on break week--go figure), but your hard work is absolutely paying off and its showing! Keep it up. You're doing great.

Ok, here's my one week update of my new fangled plan. So far---so good. I've lost 2.4 pounds and my muscles are definately feeling different. I flexed my leg this morning and was both shocked and horrified at the same time. Shocked because I could see some major definition happening in my thighs...the bad thing is there's a crap load of flab hanging off of the muscle. Gotta work on that, hopefully it'll go away---I'd like the gut to go first though but deep down I know that that freakin' gut of mine is going to be the absolutely last thing to go. I just have to accept it. :)

I had a Cinderella (my show) nightmare last night and woke up in a panic. Then the director (and I use that term very, very loosely) calls me and tells me that she's skipping out on the last show---and then has the nerve to ask why I'm so quiet on the phone. Let's see, perhaps she would rather me yell at her, lose my cool....the truth is that she's not going to be the director next year. I also told her a little something a couple months ago--something very personal and private and she brings it up every freakin' chance that she gets....like she takes pleasure of making fun at my disclosure to her. It's annoying. 2 more weeks and then I won't have to deal with her anymore.

It was chick flick day, I watched 4 girly movies and cried at least twice. :) I also had an insatiable appetite---is that normal for people when they are building muscle?

I have blabbed on and on and on......ok night!
 
Ok, so lately I've been absolutely freezing! I mean, I know it's cold outside and everything but my fingers are always cold and right now I'm wearing a sweatshirt, jeans, socks, slippers, and a wool hat and I'm inside!!! I'm still cold!

Is it true that now that I don't have as much padding that I'm going to be cold more?

For awhile whenever my fingers would be cold (for hours mind you) the next day I would see a drop in the numbers on the scale...is that weird to assume that cold fingers ='s weight loss for me?

I'm so cold that I can't move my fingers fast enough to play my flute *brrrrrrrrr*
 
Ooooohhhhh Kaitie!!! I'm so relieved to hear that someone else is freezing too!! I do think it is because of the weight loss. I wore sweats and socks to bed one night recently (real sexy, eh). I also just went through a crazy hungry all the time thing, and thankfully it has passed.
 
Thank goodness I'm not the only one!!!

My fingers were not cold at all when I was exercising and for about 40 minutes after but now they're cold again!
 
Hey Kaitie! THanks for stopping by my new diary! It was so nice of you! My hands are ALWAYS cold for some reason..but I think that's cause I" constantly at a computer (whether it's for work of for play)..
 
hehe im never cold ... well rarely. It has to get pretty darned cold before i feel it anyway. I love the cold, my ideal place to live would be alaska or something.

Lots of hot single guys there too i hear ... :D
