Not hiding....had a complete meltdown on Friday and stuffed myself until I had the worlds greatest sugar-high....it felt freakin' awesome!!!

Went to the gym that night and burned off 500 of my 2300 calorie day (mostly all fat calories) but I was dying not eating any of the freakin' awesome goodies all over the place so I took a day to get it out of my system. Sure I went up from the annoying 166.5-167.5 weight that I've been hovering in for 3 weeks but it was only to 168.5 and today I weighed in at 167 so not to much damage. I definately feel better and can probably control myself pretty well on Christmas. So, I've been doing ok. Thanks for thinking of me dari! :)
 
Glad to hear you're alright. :) A sugar high? Haven't had one of those in months...think I'm going to have a few treats tomorrow night...
 
Just passing through catching up (back from holiday)

Lol yeah my xmas dinner was like that. I was mentally feeling the lb pile on as i ate (even though the food was great and there was no way i was gonna skip!)
Anyway i went for a walk for 2.5 hours to burn most of it off so i got to eat my cake and not have any guilt! (just a couple blisters)
 
Hello everyone! Just got a minute to pop in.... Christmas was good, we're putting in a new floor in our bedroom and hallway so we're really busy. At the moment my puppy is being really cute, he's mesmorized by the words I'm typing on the screen and he's trying to get them....cute as heck! Gotta run!
