I hate it when something's not worth the calories...I don't mind splurging on something delicious, but if it's not? :mad:

I'm splurging tonight; going to a buffet supper with friends...lots of turkey, meatballs, perogies, etc. Can't wait! And I'll make sure it's worth whatever calories I ingest!!

*phew* Thanks T2! I was still a little worried but hearing that you think I'll be ok really takes it off my mind.

The jeans went over really well even though I was so scared to wear them when I put them on in the morning---I don't know why, I just kind of freaked out a bit. I guess since I can't even remember not being a size 14 or more the thought of being skinny enough to wear a size 12 kind of made me nervous. *shrug* I wore them anyway and had a great time hearing the 'wow's' and the 'what the heck are you doing to look this good' (my principal keeps asking me that question---and I tell her but I guess she doesn't believe me!) So :) for me!

My butt is killing me right now...I swear I was so pissed off about the pancakes that I did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine (400 calories) and I've never been able to do more than 100 calories before, I'd always start feeling really sick--I guess my adreneline was pumping!

Good job working those pounds off!!! That's great! You overcame that one great!!!!! And by amazing margins I see! All that extra elliptical...I would be dying!!! FABULOUS! :D:D:D:D:D
 
I no how you feel with the jeans, when I first started I couldn’t even fit in a 26… now im in a 18 – 16 and I still have a small panic attack each day when I put them on thinking they wont fit.
 
Kaitie you are doing an awesome job!! Yes, you made a mistake with the pancake calorie count, but you cared about it!! Some people might just say Oh well!!! Keep up the great work!!
 
The scale said 164.5 today....no matter where I stood on it and after I added weight to check it's accuracy.....but I really don't think I could lose 2.5 pounds in one day.... so for now I'll take it but I'm prepared for it to not be there tomorrow. :)

dari: You ARE doing a fantastic job--everyone's body is different....you've lost almost 30 pounds! 30 pounds!!!! That's a remarkable achievement and you should be super uber proud of yourself!
 
I know Kaitie, I know...just jealous.:rolleyes: 1 more pound for me to get to a number I haven't seen for 18 years. I'm a little anxious.:D
 
Hi, I dunno abt the 2.5 lbs in one day but I can drop that in like 2 if I am focused and work hard...I mean you work out alot and hard and I bet you are pretty peticular abt what you put in your mouth, I would just take it and be proud, but I am that way to always prepared for it to not be soo...
 
Ahh...all in all it was a blah day. I hate, absolutely hate doing things twice---especially when I have to change my schedule to accomodate someone else's mistake. Grr.

Exercises:

102 calories on the elliptical machine
200 sit-ups

Nothing else to major.
