Thanks but here's my awful little secret...

I weighed in at 179 last Thursday night and since then popped up to 181.5 and am now at 180.5. I have absolutely no hope of losing anything that I haven't already lost (if that makes sense). And I absolutely refuse to move my ticker back up into the 180's. It's a one way track and I just have to catch up to it.
 
lol.. you are way too hard on yourself!! ;)

I have a dirty little secret too... my scale has a sweet spot, if I move it there, I weigh just a tad less. (which is where I put it for weigh ins on Friday but SHHH! don't tell anyone!! ;))

Nobody's asking you to move that scale back up... we know you'll lose it once again. We've all had bad weigh ins, not to worry :)
 
hey Katiebug, you just get right back on it and pass that 179 mark!!!! and you will have to move that ticker, but this time even lower instead!!!!! sending looser love your way..........STAR

Stupid scale woes!! I wouldn't bother moving
the ticker either because I am sure after a day or 2 it will be back
down in the 170's! Sometimes I think it's water weight gain you
know how lucky us women are and get to have monthly visitor!
Lol which reminds me my 8 year old told me said she can't wait
to wear packages and I didn't know what she was talking about
until she went under the bathroom sink and brought me 1!

hehehe my scales have a sweet spot! its at 60kg(120lb), unfortunatly it never changes it just stops at that number for everyone :/
 
Today was fine, nothing to exciting. My band has a lot to learn! I think they'll be talented and probably sound good in the end but they talk to much!!!

Exercises:

4 miles on the bike
150 torso twist
100 sit-ups
30 leg lifts
60 sitting rows
30 lower back
30 leg presses
30 adductions
30 abductions

All in all this week hasn't been terrible, the scale is annoying the crap out of me but everything else has been going well.
 
maybe its an iron deficiency that makes you feel sick. also, maybe working in the school you get sick with kids germs...they are always coming out with new ones...lol...so don't say your immune!
If i were you I'd keep that ticker right were it is, you'll be back there in no time.
 
I'm close, I weighed in yesterday at 179.5, I imagine after TOM I'll finally get back to 179--well hopefully below 179!

I take a vitamin (fortified with iron) everyday and fitday says that I'm ok with my other nutrients...I don't know, I have felt weird today.
 
Skinny Jeans are going to have wait after todays disasterous food intake. 2400 freakin' calories. I ate a pound of food--oh my gosh. I didn't realize, I didn't think a freakin' hamburger would be 1400 freakin' calories...when I read that on the nutritional menu on the way out of the restuarant I almost puked. This one day of 'no diet' has probably messed me up for two freakin' weeks.

Hey girl you'll be fine all the exercises you do geesh,
I wouldn't worry.I think this week it was in the air I went out to eat
lastnight and the chciken and 6 oz steak wasn't what was bad it was
the 2 sides of mash potatoes and 2 dinner rolls! But I walked 4 miles
on my rest day to help work off those taters!
When I reach my goal weight I think you can pretty much have a descent
meal a day as long as you set some rules: no eating after 8pm and continue
the exersiceing.I weighed in this morning and the scale was the same as weigh in day so I guess the walk helped.So just do a little extra exersice or
in your case you do plenty so you shouldn't worry! Have a Gr8 Sunday,
