Hai there. 
Been struggling with my weight for a bit. I went on the scale one day and it said 224. I was like *Gasp*. I couldn't have weighed that much! I was only 16! But sadly the scale didn't lie. I decided to do something about that and I went from 224 pounds to about 191.
I can't seem to be getting past the 190s though. I know it's my fault about that. I discovered some things about myself:
1. I am a emotional eater.
2. I barely exercise!
3. I make too many excuses.
I was a skinny child. But back then I was also outside for most of the day. (Actually from about 7 or 8 am till 10 pm playing.)
Here are some things I'm changing.
1. I'm going to tumbling class! I've always watched in amaze as gymnast and cheerleaders tumbling.
2. When I am feeling emotional, I wont pig out. I'll go for a walk, blast music, heck, maybe even play wii boxing.
3. Chill with the junk.
4. Exercise at least 4 times a week.
I hope to weigh between 170 and 160 by sept.(My 18th birthday)
I think thats about it for now.
