Hai there. :waving:

Been struggling with my weight for a bit. I went on the scale one day and it said 224. I was like *Gasp*. I couldn't have weighed that much! I was only 16! But sadly the scale didn't lie. I decided to do something about that and I went from 224 pounds to about 191.

I can't seem to be getting past the 190s though. I know it's my fault about that. I discovered some things about myself:

1. I am a emotional eater.
2. I barely exercise!
3. I make too many excuses.

I was a skinny child. But back then I was also outside for most of the day. (Actually from about 7 or 8 am till 10 pm playing.) :p

Here are some things I'm changing.

1. I'm going to tumbling class! I've always watched in amaze as gymnast and cheerleaders tumbling.
2. When I am feeling emotional, I wont pig out. I'll go for a walk, blast music, heck, maybe even play wii boxing. :p
3. Chill with the junk. :p
4. Exercise at least 4 times a week.

I hope to weigh between 170 and 160 by sept.(My 18th birthday) :p

It sounds like you've got a good plan to work off of! The tumbling class sounds really fun. :)
I've become sort of an emotional eater in recent years as well. My advice on that would be to pay close attention to your feelings and really think through how you're going to best cope with your emotions, and also to make sure you are eating ENOUGH that you're not even more tempted to eat for emotional reasons.

Tumbling is fun! I tried it about two years ago, but I had to move so it didn't work out. :(
