Good morning JZ! or Josh;) lol. I like JZ better which is funny because I usually hate nicknames lol. That is awesome about the speech. What a fantastic thing to do!! You are making great investments in yourself all over the place!! Going to be one well rounded skinny guy! :D
That is so cool about your sister. Darn artsy family. Do you/she have examples? I would be interested in seeing them. I am not a scrapbooker but I have done stuff like that and it's fun!...
Anywho I hope you have a 10 day on the JZ scale;)!!

Howdy Mishi!! JZ is good!! So yeah, it was pretty cool. For this "course", we have to give two two minute speeches every week. It's doing some good things for me for sure, and thanks!! I don't have examples of the said scrapbook pages, but I'm sure my sis does.... for now, go to e-bay and type in "scrap book pages"... it should give you an idea of what she makes and sells. People always assume, and that annoys me b/c I never ever tell anyone my name is Kim--they just shorten it automatically. :cuss:

But I forgive you...b/c I'm just that nice a person. :p
 
Thursday

AM Cardio...
30 min tread, 30 minute Elliptical, 30 minutes Heavy bag!! Sweating like crazy... a GOOD workout! 9.0 on JZ's scale!

Eating - Great. Had chicken soft taco's for dinner... my kids loved the change, and so did I.

Another good day!!
 
Great workout! I love a good sweat, I feel like those are the ones where I feel most accomplished. And your taco's had me drooling. MMMMMMMMM Mexican!

Hey Lisa, thanks for stopping by. I appreciate the comments. The Class is very cool, and as you said, realizing that my confidence is increasing and why, makes me even more motivated! :) :)
 
Did you see the wings lose tonight !!!!! Ha! Now only if the pens could beat them!!! That would be the ultimate come back lol... I have detroit or chicago to win this year.... I dont think any team in the east will be able to beat ether or...
 
When I took a speech class- I was always very nervous! Nothing made it better for me :( except it brought me closer towards my degree. ahhaha
