Friday!!!!

I usually post end of day, or next day, or maybe even next next day sometimes, but I couldn't wait to post my workout!!! AM Lowerbody workout... PHENOMINAL... STELLAR.... KICK ASS!!! I started with a nice wall sit... 13 minutes 52 seconds!!! That is my longest EVER!!
Followed with jump ups using my 45 pound weight vest!!! I am DEAD, but I'm flying HIGH!!!

Food- as usual, Eating packed food that was prepared Sunday... no thinking eating that is ALWAYS HEALTHY!!! GREAT DAY!!!!!!

The key is to not sit down for more than 20 minutes!!!! It's always the night of doing them that things start aching... sometimes I even get leg cramps... It's worth it!! :sifone:
I was going for 14 minutes, but actually fell over at 13m52!!! Next week... I'm hittin' it!!!

13 minutes and 52 seconds? :eek::eek::eek: I doubt if I could even manage to crawl after that. I'd have to just drag myself around by the arms. boy could that get entertaining with my stairs....:ack2:

If I belly danced for 5 minutes... HOLY SHIT WOULD THAT BE A SIGHT!!!!... but anyways, if I belly danced for 5 minutes, I probably couldn't keep myself sitting up straight!!! Saturday

AM Cardio before my kiddos got up. 45 minutes treadmill, 35 minutes elliptical... very good workout!! I gave it my all. 9.75 on the scale. Would have been a 10 if it weren't so boring at the end!!!

Eating - Spot on!!
