JZ, that's so cool. I just picked up an arm strap for my ipod that I need to return. If they don't have the right one, I know that they counting rope is the same price. I might pick one up tomorrow. :D

If you are doing 71 jumps per minute, are you doing a little hop between jumps? I don't know if I'm explaining it right, but if you turn that hop into a jump you double your jumps per minute.

Get one... it's very cool. I got really into my music, and didn't worry about what jump I was on.

I know exactly what you mean! I go from a hop, to like a jog in place thing, back to a hop, depending on what area is hurting at the time! :D . I'm working on the JUMP!! :D It kicks my ass!! What a great workout!

just popping in to let you know I'm finally back(big drama and :icon_bs: on the home front, but it's all sorted out now) and see how things are going for you.

Wednesday!!!

LOWER BODY AM Workout!!! Started with a nice little wall sit... 12m 39 sec!!! Followed with squats, traveling lunges and jump ups performed in a circuit. GOOD workout 9.25 on the scale. Could have had more intensity!!

Eating SPOT ON!!! Just said no, thanks anyways.... to all the "party foods".... had a few beers, but hey... WTF it's New Years right???

Pretty good day all around.
 
Thursday!!!!

AM Cardio. HIIT on the treadmill!! TOUGH AS HELL, but over pretty quick!! Ate very well, and HEALTHY!! I rested and chilled with my kiddos for most of the day.... good times for sure!
 
Hey, JZ, nice to hear you got in another workout! You're way ahead of me ;)

I'm feeling very guilty ... I still haven't seen the inside of my gym yet ... :boxing:

I need to have my ass whooped.
 
Friday!!!

AM Upperbody workout.... pretty damn good!! Not as pump filled as Mondays, but still frickin' great.... 9.5 on the scale!! Performed normal routine as a circuit.... decent cardio as well!!!

Eating was very good again.... avoided the pizza I got for the kiddos!!! This is their last "free eating" week, next week starts the MOSTLY healthy eating for them, and the continued healthy eating for me!!!! *crosses fingers, but prepared the duct tape for their rebelion!!!!*

Well, is the Big 10 sucking in the bowl games or what? Now I have to root for OSU to beat Texas Monday just to get some respect for our conference..lol. Actually, I should root for Texas b/c whenever I root for OSU they end up losing. :D Hmm..maybe I should try that when they play Michigan next year. :smilielol5: Goooo Longhorns! :sifone:

Glad you're kicking ass and taking no prisoners in 2009. :) I'm predicting some hot, tantric, yoga-inspired sex for you this year. ;)
