Ah, I always do my official weigh in first thing in the morning. It seems more consistant that way.

That's when I would prefer to do mine as well, but I'm kind of, not worried, but apprehensive maybe, about the weigh in today. Maybe I'll do it before lunch. Probably should.
 
Hey JZ, what a fun weekend you had! I should DEFINITELY get outside with my kids more....

Official two weeks in, Weigh In

OK, post restroom ;) , pre-lunch weight was................268.4.

That's "officially" 16.6 pounds in 14 days. Pretty happy, however, from Friday to Monday, it was 1.6? Actually, pretty happy still. I know there are weeks to come where 1.6 feels huge, so I'll take it and run!!

rock on! a 1.6 pound loss is still progress! especially since you didn't weigh first thing in the morning. so, congrats, that's another 16 points for you on our x-mas challenge. looks like I need to do another 45 minutes of exercise to keep up!! :D

Just to my digestion!!!! I had to sleep half the night sitting up in my recliner!! WTH?!? Glad it didn't, I'll have to either plan to eat "poorly" next time, or just skip it completely!!!
Ha ha that's how I get when I eat movie theater popcorn! I KNOW it's going to make me sick as sh** but I still eat it... and I don't eat a little bag either, I eat the BIG BAG! :lurk5:

I have been off of here for just a few days and you seem to have taken the WLF by storm friend! AWESOME progress on the weight loss so far keep up the good work!

Wish I was doing as great as you but I went on a mjor vacation (cruise to the bahamas) and made some bad food choices, you know we have the disadvantage of hormone fluctuations we women :( but really I could have done better but you know, I WAS ON VACATION!!! LOL...

But I felt really sick and bloated when I got back so I immediately went back to lighter foods and healthy habits :) So I have still lost a pound since returning. Trying to get back into working out, being more consistent.

How is everything else divorce, kids? You have so many posts, I couldn't read them all, I just saw the updated ticker and was floored!!!:biggrinjester:
 
So glad to hear the weight is coming off quickly! You're right, though--it'll slow eventually :p The last 10 pounds are a BEEZY, take my word for it! Glad you feel great :D
 
Day 15

AM Upper body Workout... went great! Not as great as the last UB WO, but still good...9 out of 10. Increase bench next session.

Breakfast - two english muffins with PB
snack 1 - R2DS
Lunch- Chicken and broccoli
snack 2- R2DS(lazy packing the cooler today i guess)
Dinner - 1 pork chop the size of a deck of cards, mixed steamed veggies from ziploc steamer bag(pretty good, I was surprised)

10 16oz bottles of water

Just for extra credit, I did 25 minutes on the eliptical. I've got a Horizon which is pretty good quality, but it is actually harder/more of a muscle workout than the ones at the gym. Good quick workout.

Bed at 12pm ish. Need to get to sleep earlier! I need more sleep/recovery.
Good day... on to tomorrow!!
