Kimberly...:smilielol5:

I hear ya J!

Cory has never been a *sports kid*

He is into other things..He is in the highest honor of choir now called Corral. He has 2 championship tropheys from middle school!
(They won state both times.)

Other than that he is a major Gamer.
Hubby and I have always been gamers and when Cory was only 3 he defeated the Mario game on the old N.

I guess that's where we made the mistake!
We just though he was so cute playin' and he enjoyed it so much.
Of course he had major time-limits back then but that's where it all started.
He is now a 360 nut with X-Box Live.
It is good and bad..
He has a creative side like me (I write children's books) and he has a lot of ideas for games/story lines.
Once out of HS he wants to take the courses needed to help him possibly get a job in this field.

Our kids don't come with instructions and we just have to do the best we can.
He was so bored tonight and drove us crazy since he is grounded! LMBO! :D
It's pretty sad when you are 'tempted' to unground them to have peace and quiet! HAHAHAHA! :p

Hope you have a Goal Reachin' Wednesday!

<3 Stacy

JZ, I don't want you to take this the wrong way, and believe me, 3492 jumps is great, but couldn't you have done 8 more to round it off to an even 3500? :D

Happy Birthday to your little guy (who's not gonna be little for long). :)

LOL@Dad is great, he feeds us chocolate cake. :D I remember that, too. :)

Yes, there is a Hell, Michigan, and I'm beginning to think it's Detroit.

He's a beast already!!! He's the same size as my daughter!! She's a lil peanut though... :). And yes, Detroit could be considered the new HELL... at least in Michigan! ;) Have good ones Kim. :)

Stacy - Yes.... I've been tempted to "un-take away" an item that my kids have lost privledges to for a certain amount of time, but you know as well as I do, that the lesson we "INTEND" to be teaching is more important than our own headaches!! :)

Trops - :smilielol5: Yes, I probably could have, but at that point... I WAS DONE!!! And usually, when I'm done, I'm DONE!! :D

Congratulations on the 100 pages!!! lol It's the little milestones. I see you sweating about the number on the scale and you should really try not to. It's hard for me as well so I totally understand but you have so many other ways to monitor your progress. Just the increase in fitness with the workouts you do and how you can do so much more now than you could. That doesn't come easy and you have worked your ass off for it. Also getting the body mass index test can show you how you have decreased fat and increased muscle and since muscle weighs more than fat that can make the scale less accurate as a measure of your success. I am sure you know all this but can't hurt to hear it from time to time:)
Sorry to be MIA. Haven't felt a lot like posting. Have gone into this weird alone shell... and I am freaking sick so that doesn't help! lol pregnant and sick... not a great combination since 3rd trimester moodiness has kicked in;) lol Poor husband just doesn't know what to do with himself!! lol
Hope you are having a great week and I shiver everytime I think about my little one turning into a teenager. Teaching high school really gave me a look at the good, bad and the ugly. I love teenagers and their rebellious ways but with my own I am sure I am going to see it a whole new way!! lol
Take care, Thanks for your support:)

Thanks Mishi!! You are absolutely right!!! I am in WAY better shape, and MINDSET from where I was just 4.5 months ago!! THANKYOU!! Screw the scale!!! I just wish it would drop, mainly for our 6 week challenge thing... that, and I want to be "officially" halfway.

I hope you feel better!!! I can't imagine being sick on top of preggers!! :D Thank Gawd for women, but thank Gawd I'm not one!!! :D And as far as the "moodiness"... it's a HUMAN thing that isn't exclusive to third-trimester women.... I can be a real pain too!!! Have good ones, and thanks for the encouraging words. :) :)

Wednesday

AM - LOwerbody workout! Lack luster, but I forced my way through it!! 6.0 on JZ scale. But, I pressed myself more than any of you would think!! I really wanted to sleep in this morning to at least 530!!! So with that in mind... I did well! I'm proud of myself even with NO WEIGHT LOSS this past week!! I'm doing the work, and I know that with time, I will get to where I want to be! SMOOCH MY GOOCH!!!! That sounds too familiar lately!!!

I now have a course I take every Wednesday night from 6pm - 10pm... I just want to get home, see my tots, and go to bed right after them.

Eating- This really is my saving grace... I am getting very good at the new nutrition as well as shopping/preparing it. I am down to 1.5 hours on sundays to prepare the weeks meals... not to bad when you consider all the time it saves me!

I am in good spirits, just TIRED AGAIN!!! I'm working like crazy, and that includes hours at home after I tuck my kids in. WE DO WHAT WE HAVE TO DO!!! :smash:

JZ! I think you're just not dropping on the scale because you're working so hard that those muscles are BUSTING out and growing at an exponential rate. That's the only reasonable explanation I can think of. :smash:

:smilielol5: ALSO congrats on that 100 page. Geeze, I think I need to start spamming my own journal more often to try and catch up! I have like.. 88 pages to go. I'm gonna leave now so I can go get on that! ;)

Haha, have a good rest of the week! ALMOSTTT FRIDAY!

Good Job on the workouts!!!! and wow you do your lunches for a whole week on sundays?? Omg.. that's amazing so you plan out what you are going to eat every day.. Wow are you on a calorie based diet ?? good for you the more I read the more you inspire me.. Way to go amazing job... Keep it up!! Like lux says it might just be muscle building up !!!!!!!!!!!:)

Congrats on the 100 page milestone!!!

Don't worry about not dropping in weight. I think oLux is on to something there. Muscle is far more dense than fat, so keep working at it. You'll get there :)

3 day update

Wednesday - LOWERbody workout. Started with a wall sit... 12m 22 seconds. Pretty happy with around 12 minutes... don't think I will try and increase that anymore... maybe sometime, but not at the moment. Followed with standard LB workout performed twice. INTENSE and SATISFYING! I'm gonna put it down as a 9.5 on the scale.

Eating - The USUAL ;)

Thursday - AM cardio... THE TRIFECTA!!! :D 30 min Tread on "fatburn", 30 minutes on Elliptical varying speed and resistance, 30 minutes hand and foot work on the heavybag!!! I felt awesome after this workout!!! 10!!! I was literally throwing "heavy" hands at the end of it... ya know, like they weighed 100 pounds a peice... WHAT A GREAT FEELING!!!

Eating - the USUAL!! ;) ;)

Friday- AM Upperbody workout.... again, VERY HIGH INTENSITY!!! :hurray: Performed basic routine as a circuit 3 times, and followed with OLD FASHIONED PUSH-UPS!! Loved it!!

Eating - Planning for pizza for my munchkins tonight... they have been asking since TUES!!! :D I need MORE healthy recipes to cook for them!! I will be having broiled shrimp and mixed veggies!!!

Weekend - the usual, will get in some form of cardio on Sat morning, before the kiddos get up, then my oldest has two soccer games, my daughter has a dance lesson (ballet), and moose, my youngest has hockey!!! BUSY day, but I love it!! Sometimes I feel like a damn Taxi though!!! :D NO OFFENSE CABBIE ;) !!

Have great ones all!!! :)

There has to be a healthy pizza recipe that you can make with your kiddos. Not the same as delivery but it might be more fun for them to make their own and then you can use things like turkey pepperoni and whole wheat crusts and low fat cheese..... and whatever else you put on your pizzas:) You can load yours up with veggies and actually eat pizza with them!!
Hope you have a good weekend!!

Thanks Mishi! Very good ideas for sure. I MAY take up the pizza idea, but to tell you the truth... I kinda like a night or two off of cooking!! ;) :D :) :) I do want some pizza though... maybe next week.

Have a great weekend too, and be positive and proactive in your search for answers. Sincerely... have a wonderful weekend. :) :) :)
