Congrats on increasing weights on all lifts! :)

OMG a wall sit for 12 minutes?! I had no idea what that was but I just looked up it and saw the pictures. OUCH. I would not be able to do that for that long. The L-sit? Impossible for me at the moment :p You are indeed hardcore!

Thanks Jess! I started with wall sits when I played competative hockey... my coach was a PSYCHO!!! I kept doing them because they really blast the leg muscles. I increased the time, but I now feel pretty confident that 12 minutes may be near my MAX... time will tell, so will my drive!!

I am havin' a great weekend... a long 3 day escape with my kids! :) Hope you are havin' a good weekend as well! :) :)

AM Lower body workout. I only got 4 hours sleep, but I had a great session anyway!!! I increased weight on all lifts, and opened with the jump ups, so no falls!! At the end, I tried to extend my wall sit... I got to just over twelve minutes, and my HAM was on fire!!! Getting to 15 minutes sounds impossible... but I'll keep trying!! If I had gotten to 13 minutes I would have said 10, I didn't, so I'll rate this one a 9.7!! Don't give in next time!!!

Food - I'm going to take the liberty of either listing everything or just summing up my nutrition in a few words from now on... I OWN my eating, so some days I'll list what I ate, and some I won't. My Journal right?? If I get off track, I will definately return to posting for the beating Cabbie is supposed to give me!!! I track it at fitday anyways.

Food - I ate CLEAN and PLENTIFUL today. I missed my protein goal by 12 grams... I'll make up for it tomorrow!!

A good day... on to tomorrow!!! :)

I know the feeling with the food intake reports. All I ever seem to eat is the near-same set of meals each day! I suppose I could just cut and paste, then alter as needed LOL

It's so nice to come to your Journal JZ and consistantly see huge amounts of energy, as well as a rapidly changing ticker!!!! You keep inspiring us dude!!!
 
I will remember not to ever have a bowling contest with you. :D YOu would kick my ass as my avg is about a 60. :blush5: I think the best I ever did was a 90.

I have heard of 1776 and have been wanting to read it. I'll have to check it out at the library. :)

Oh can you say 0-10?? 10 down, 6 more games to lose. :smilielol5: I really do think they can do it--I have the utmost faith in them. :smilielol5:

Aren't they called matches??? Instead of contest??? :D I have NO idea!!

Check it out for sure(if you like history), all of McCullough's books are great! I've read 1776, John Adams, Truman, Mornings on Horseback, Brave Companions, and the Bridge... all are very good!!

YES!! 0 - 16 BABY!!! We are the best... at being the worst!!

Official Weigh in Entry

Well, this three day weekend was a very good time!! Eating on the other hand... not to stellar!! :( I ate with my three kids every meal. I had chicken and veggies, but also had popcorn and COOKIES!!! I wish I had not, but what are you going to do right?? I hit the excercise last week very well, and ate great until Friday! I skipped my Friday work out... felt like shit about it, but I think I needed a rest I think anyways. I had been hitting it pretty hard, so I chose not to do a weight session. The weather was crap all weekend, but the kids and I still managed to get in a 3 mile "nature hike" It was fun.

OK, so here we are... today, I weighed in... lost .5 of one damn pound!! AAARRRGGGG!! I should not feel bad, that's what I earned!!! I am going to kick ass this week!! I actually have mixed emotions due to the success of this mornings weight session, but I'll share that news in "Mondays" post!

My dtr's car broke down..so I took her back to U of T yesterday....on the way home it started snowing!!! i am not ready for this at all!!!!!!

I want a helicopter for christmas so I can fly her there and back in like 10 minutes or less....do you think thats a practical gift?

I don't know with the price of fuel?? :D Not to sure how much air fuel costs, but it has to be expensive... plus then there is always the flight training!
