Hello everyone, I figured I would start a Weight Loss Diary here so I could give myself some accountability for my new lifestyle. A couple weeks ago at work I had a wellness screening where they draw blood and send it to a lab to see whats going on inside me. I am still awaiting the results but it was a big wake up call to me that I need to change my unhealthy lifestyle. For starters, I bring my on healthy lunch to work with me now. I have also started a routine of going to the gym on a regular bases. My current weight is 355lbs but I am not sure what my overall goal weigh will be. I just want to get in shape and live a healthier lifestyle. I just got back from the gym tonight and I am getting ready to go to bed since I have work in the morning.
