I understand that the road to becoming healthier is different for everyone, and people achieve their weight loss goals in a number of different ways.
But are you sure you aren't being too strict with yourself (ie eating meat during lunch breaks one of your "rules")?
I understand how important limitations are, but I feel like too many of them often result in people falling off the wagon.


Just a thought.

hey, thanks for your concern. :) i m actually never hungry, ie i dont crave sweets or anything like that - so eating my way has been working out so far. i try to have a balanced diet - so im not missing out on any nutrients.

Saturday - day before scale day - not a happy bunny. no weight loss at all this week so far.

today i give the gym a rest. Just cleaning at home...& maybe cinema later to cheer myself up.

Today i m having:
breakfast: wm toast w butter and sesame seeds
lunch: 2 scrambled eggs - w salmon, cherry tomato, onion and a an arabic bread
dinner: grapefruit
snack: blueberry

& todays mission is WATER WATER WATER
 
SCALE - day

well Sunday. Scale day. i m 99.6kg. lost 0.8kg this week.

the weather is absolutely terrible - but i need to hit the gym - i need to destress. :boxing:
 
Gym session is done :) yay

todays menu:

breakie: wm bread w butter n honey
lunch: lentil salad (w grilled tofu, onion, garlic, tomato) with lemon/olive oil dressing
snack mandarin
dinner - hmm i dont know yet - not really hungry

I keep drinking water and tea.
 
New Week

i kinda missed breakie today - i was in a rush - but managed to have a grapefruit. i never skip breakfast. i heart breakfast :)

for Lunch i had a variety of things..whatever i found in the fridge (mental note: i should go shopping)
so i had:
pasta
grilled tofu
1 scrambled egg & a few cherry tomato
with a little bit flaxseed oil/soya sauce
it might doesnt sound it - but it was actually quite nice.

Monday is swimming & sauna day...so i hope my lunch goes a bit down by then.
 
Naughty

After swimming i went to see a friend.
she had cookies and tea....and i had cookies for dinner...
i feel guilty now.
grrrrrrrrrrrr
 
today i have

breakfast: wm toast with butter
lunch: greek pasta salad (feta, cherry tomato, spinach,black olives)
snack: grapefruit
dinner: green salad w tuna, cherry tomato n cucumber w lemon/flaxseed oil dressing

GYM: Cardio training- 1 h

i tried to buy some light dumbbells today and a fitness ball but there wasnt any - local fintess shop only specialized in cloths...so maybe this weekend i try to get to a bigger shop and get some.
until then i m having a fitness ball class anyway. i hope this week i wont be in so much pain as last week - i really wanna be able to go to the friday session too.
 
For a few days - yet again - i ve been obsessing with my skin...
so i m trying to add more skin-friend food to my diet.

today for breakfast i had wholew bread with butter & high fruit contain blueberry jam
for lunch i had red cabbage with apple (yummy) as a meal
dinner i m going to have spinach salad with feta & cherry tomato/cucumber - flaxseed/lemon dressing
snack: brazil nuts, orange

Today i m going to the fitness ball class again :) i look forward to it.
