Very good that you know when your stumbling point is! That way you can prepare for it. Before you eat the thing you shouldn't figure out if you are really hungry, maybe stressed because you are going to the 2nd job with no break, thirsty...etc. I get hungry or rather want to eat when the crap hits the fan at work. I try to take a few deep breathes, analyze why I feel that way and then remember how eating something when I shouldn't makes me feel. I picture my pants waist getting tight, feeling bloated all the stuff that makes me hate myself when I go off plan. This tend to keep me in check.
