Just wanting to vent

Very good that you know when your stumbling point is! That way you can prepare for it. Before you eat the thing you shouldn't figure out if you are really hungry, maybe stressed because you are going to the 2nd job with no break, thirsty...etc. I get hungry or rather want to eat when the crap hits the fan at work. I try to take a few deep breathes, analyze why I feel that way and then remember how eating something when I shouldn't makes me feel. I picture my pants waist getting tight, feeling bloated all the stuff that makes me hate myself when I go off plan. This tend to keep me in check.

It isn't always smooth sailing. There are hills and there are valleys. You are always tested. It's teh way it should be, because these moments are when we discover who we really are and what we are capable of. It's how you grow and develop.
 
Thanks for the words of encouragment ladies.

Unfortunately, this week is blown as far as making my lunches after second job since I am thoroughly exhausted.

It has been very warm here the last two days (99 degrees in the warehouse) and the trucks I unload do not have any air circulation. I've lost 5lbs in water weight and trying to rehydrate now in the nice airconditioning of my first job. : )
