Hi Im new here. Im 20 years old. 5'2 and weigh about 96 lbs. Im going to be starting to go to the gym. I want to weight train.... working out is the only way I hve ever been able to gain weight and I want to gain a few pounds and gain more muscle mass. I was just wondering if any of you can help me come up with a workout that I can stick to, to get some muscles lol. Thanks for your help
