Just starting

Hello everyone.

I just joined today. I have been working out and dieting since I was 17 (I'm 24). Everytime I would be very motivated for the first couple of months but then I just get lazy and stop going to the gym and eating healthy.

I heard from a lot of people that what I need is support... so this is what I'm doing. I need your support to stay motivated.

I am 245 lbs, 5'' 11'.

I will go to the gym today after work and work out for 2 hours. 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of free weights.

have you asked yourself why you stop doing what you're doing? are you seeing it as a short term fix or a lifestyle change? Are you overdoing the workouts and depriving yourself of foods you enjoy?

Welcome to the site -I'm sure you'll find tons of support here - do some reading around the forums - especially the stickied threads -you'll get tons of information to help you on your journey

I think I always stop because I work out myself too hard at the gym everyday... It is not always a pleasant experience. Today I'll take it slow...

All I cared about was always keeping my heart rate up but at the end of the work out I am dead tired.
