I just started working out. I do a half hour of hard cardio on the treadmill, and 1.5 hours of weight training 4 days a week. I have not lost even a pound and i eat good im on a 1500 calorie diet. I have only been at it 2 weeks. What can i expect, lets say 7 months from now. I'm at 19percent body fat. does anyone think i can be down to 11 percent body fat or so by summer?
