Just started my journey... Advice and support needed

I can't seem to get over 1000 calories a day, even though I try. It's funny, thinking back. I used to try to keep it under 1K calories per day, (before I knew it was bad), and I never could. Now I NEED more calories... and it's just not happening.

congrats!

congrats on what you've lost and the changes you have made! drinking calories is a quick way to gain weight! sounds like you are doing a lot of really good things. for me the #1 thing is to have your mind in it. not just doing what you should but having your 'head in the game' is a must for me. look into the diabetic diet. it is the healthiest 'diet' you can go on and the only one i would recommend. you can learn some things from that, like what foods you can eat a lot of because of they are considered 'free' foods like iceberg lettuce that hardy has any calories at all!
