Just started group

I just found this group via a yahoo group living healthy. I've tracked eating but I've never done full diary. right now I'm on themend from a herniated disc and had gained a bunch of weight back, but I've got it headed in back in right direction now. My backs doing bettter - stretch and do crunches daily now. I guess that's something good that came from the injury. My goal is to lose at least 30more pounds by the end of this year. I follow wieght watchers,but not always well.

I am glad yr health is improving and will get even better!
Regardless of what program you are on, be sure you'll be able to find support and encouragement here in your journey to healthier lifestyle!
I have nearly 30 pounds to lose too, so let's spur each other on.
