Just started back on my journey

Just started back on my journey (from 280 to 215 to 240)

Well i've always been a big guy ever since...I was born haha. I've always been fairly active but didn't eat that well. At my highest I was about 280. I started working out and watching what i ate and got down to my lowest at 215. Then I kinda strayed on my path and went up to about 240. I joined the gym about a month ago and im down 8 ibs so far.

Heres a current pic of where im at, don't have any before at the moment. I'll be updating this thread every month or so with pics. Crazy fro at the moment, gotta get a haircut haha.

From 280 lbs to 215, I've just 2 questions What you do? and How you do?
At first I just started watching what how much I ate, not really what. I had fast food about 3-4 times a week but just ate less and cut out almost all sugar and NO SODA or JUICE, just water. I also started working out with weights and playing a game called dance dance revolution lol (it really works, lost alot of the weight from that), and also I rode bmx 4 times a week.

Good to see you're back at it.

...and before you gained it all back, unlike me. Ugh! I went way over what used to be my highest. But anyway, you're doing good. That's 8 back down. Keep at it!

Oh, and the fro's not bad. LOL! ;)
