just some random questions...

ok so here is goes. im 15 and super serious about my health and fitness. right now i am not able to get a gym membership, but i still want to do all i can until this summer (when i can get a membership). whats the best way to go about this with limited resorces? i have a pull-up bar, and a total gym that my parents bought a long time ago. ive been reading tons of stuff on meal plans, but im pretty freaking confused. so some help in that area would be great as well. i hope someone will be able to help. thanks for your time,

Work with the body weight: pushups, pullups, leg lift, bicycle crunches, burpees, dips, etc. Shoot, if you can do 100 pushups or 20 pullups, you are already wayy ahead of the game.
 
im working on 100 push ups and 20 pull ups. i just want some help creating a solid daily routine using what you listed
