Not sure what to post to start out, but I am going to be giving it 100% to get back to my younger healthier weight. I hope to post my eating and workout trends to date (not very impressive) and what I will be doing starting almost immediately. More to come.

I am cutting out beer today.
 
Until recently it's been pasta and burgers and crappy high fat high carb lunches between work shifts. I'm going to start packing healthy foods to eat at work.
 
But I did 100 situps and 50 push-ups earlier today, and will repeat before the end of the day. Will also do 20 minutes of elliptical trainer.

I wish I had lost 7 lbs for every 1000 point drop in the DOW. I just hope not GAIN anything when it really starts to rise! Good luck on your journey--
