GOD DAMN I hate periods. Hopefully the water weight or whatever comes off by Monday when we weigh in.

Don't worry! I'm sure it's just water weight.

Yesterday, I was about 164 all day and then I went out to dinner and ate a LIGHT, HEALTHY, meal and weighed in at 166. I was like WTFFFF but this morning I went pee and I'm back down to almost 164. It's water! Give it a day to leave the body. :)

PS IM EXCITED FOR YOUR FISH!
 
oLux- I know it was a total WTFFFFF moment for me too, because now I dont know if Ive lost any weight! :willy_nilly:

OMG IM EXCITED TOO! :D Im going to take tons of pictures of them. Hopefully they dont swim AWAY whenever a camera pops up like the last ones did. Seriously, they KNEW what was a camera and what wasnt. They even figured out my phone had a camera on it after awhile.

Ive been reallly tired lately. I got about 9 hours of sleep, got up and showered, got really tired, and slept again. Then I woke up and went on the treadmill, got reallly tired, and then slept again. Now Im tired and feel like sleeping AGAIN, even though Ive gotten about 11 hours of sleep.

I think its an iron deficiency or whatever, even though I have been eating a lot of turkey burger, just not any red meat.

So Im going to have a little hamburger with my eggs for breakfast every other day and see if that helps. Andddd take a nap. :D
 
sounds like you are doing great despite being tired, is it possible you are overdoing it? I hope you feel better soon.

hey there, if your iron is low spinach is a sure bet I have been throwing it in soups all week and having spinach salads and in my eggs.


If you are interested my favorite way for easy breakfast is to take a dozen eggs add a bit of milk and scramble them then add in one of the boxes of frozen diced spinach and some shredded cheese or lately I have been doing no cheese and adding a box of the chopped brocolli, I add spices to taste bake at a really low temp (like 250) until center is firm, I then slice that and put in baggies then in the morning during the week I just have to put in microwave for about 45 seconds.
 
Thanks. Im pretty sure it the diet thats making me tired. I get sore from the workouts, but I dont think thats making me constantly tired...

I like that breakfast idea! Ill have to try that tommorrow if I can find enough eggs.

Exercise today:
20min c25k w2@4.6
40 min bike ride+walking bike(my legs are soreeee)
15 min weights
15 min stretching(I was suppose to use the exercise ball but I felt too sore and tired. PLUS I was supposed to do it for 20minutes so Ill just make my bike ride tomorrow 30minutes instead of 25. Hooray!)


And heres a cute picture of Leroy. When I had my fish she was either a) on top of their tank or b) on top of my desk.

The cutest things she does are always the most annoying! I dont understand that cat...

BUT OMG MY SISTER GAVE MY 3 TETRAS TO PUT IN MY TANK! :D

Her tank is cyclying too, but her filter doesnt work and she has about 20 small fish in there and its a mess. The sides of the tank are all scummy. I cant even the remember the last time she changed their water...

3 tetras! :D
Ill need to buy about 5 more for them to be happy(group fish), and buy a hiding place for them, but I think theyll do fine with two goldfish.

So as of now I have 3 tetras in a 20g tank. LOL its fun to look at... but I cant tell if theyre fighting the current of the filters or if thats just how they swim... AHHH FISH DRAMA ALERT!

Anyways Im all done with my exercise for the week. (my week, not the challenges week.) So yay me! I only did 10minutes on the treadmill but I deemed this a rest day since Im going to have a bunch of exercise tomorrow, on top of starting week 3 of c25k!
Clocked in at 5 hours and 5 minutes of exercise for the week. Hooray! Im sore as hell!


I think Ill try to con my step dad into buying me some tetras. Hmm....
 
good job on the excercise. I LOVE fish Dh and I had a freshwater that we redid a couple times over, and we have had 2 large and one small saltwater. They are sooo much fun. THe tetras sound great they would love one of those nice fake rock things with lots holes I bet.
 
What kind of fish do you have?

I know theyre adorable! Im going to buy them a place to hide, and some friends. Im not sure how theyll get along with orandas but I think theyd do fine.

I also dont know if I want small or medium orandas! :willy_nilly: The bigger ones are SO much cuter since they have a big bump on their head...

LOOK WHAT YOU DID YOU GOT ME OFF ON A FISH TANGENT! LOL I talk too much. :D

Okay so Im talking to my mom and this is what happened...

"Yeahhh I was 148 last week and Im hoping for 146 tomorrow..."
"Wow you only need to lose 8 more pounds!"
"YEAH only 8 more pounds!"

SERIOUSLY?! Ive told her countless times Im getting down to 130 but she keeps telling me I should only get down to 140 because if I got any lower Id look "unhealthy skinny" and "awkward" because of my apparently broad shoulders.

In all honesty I think she just doesnt want me weighing less than her. OH WELL. Ill keep telling her Im in the 140's even when I reach the 130's... Which will hopefully be next month! :D

HOORAY MY TETRAS ARE FINALLY EATING! :D
 
And I finally know what fish Im going to get! :D

1 medium oranda and 5 more tetras! Less waste produced by goldfish since there will only be one, and a lot more cute tetras to keep it company. Everyone wins! :D

I also had a dream last night that my mom was going to take me to petsmart to buy more tetras and a hiding spot for them, but sadly it was just a dream! :banghead:
Im going to have to BEG her to buy me that.
 
Only 13 more pounds until Im joining kickboxing again! :party:

Im going to join at 135, since Im betting those last 5 pounds will be a bitch and a half to get off, and kickboxing will help with that. AHHHHH I cant wait!
I bet Ill go in and theyll be like "WELL WELL WELL LOOK WHO DECIDED TO SHOW UP".. since I stopped going midway through a intense program thingy. :D
But then Ill be like "LOOK IM NOT FAT ANYMORE!" then they will forgive me and all will be great.

It would be too embarrasing to go back there at the same weight I was as I left! :svengo:
 
getting more tetras is a good choice, they are happier in a big school usually at least 10. what sort of tetras did ya get ?
 
Well, my sister had 10 before, but most of them died, so I got the leftovers.

Two neon tetras and 1 brown tetra. I think theyre called globrite tetras but Im not sure. Im also not sure why she got the brown tetra...

So Ill probably get 3 more brown tetras and 3 more neons. :D
