I get my new fish in 15 days! :D

By then my tank will be done cyclying and my fish will be able to live in it!
CANT WAIT! No more water changes everyday... YAY!

Oh and since its 2 weeks away, Im going to *try* to be down to 145 by then. So then I will be able to walk into petsmart 5lbs lighter.. oh yeah. Gotta impress those 40 year old employees. Weve been there so much I just get a "what now" look when I walk in. Lol. :D

hope you have an easier time with your fish this time around. ;) now that you've figured out the whole cycling issue you should be fine. God luck with your new mini-goal for 145lbs by then too. keep pushing yourself and you'll get there.

148.5! OMGOMGOMG! I havent been this weight since around 5th grade! :D

I also feel really bad for slacking on the spreadsheet, but my computer isnt working, and I couldnt access it from my dads house... so yeah everything was against me. Ill keep up on it this week though! :D Or at least try to.

45minute walk to school. In the dark, PITCH dark, while raining. It would have been a 7minute car drive if my mom hadnt been a bitch and drove me. :mad:

30minute bike ride. OWWWW! I probably wont be able to run tomorrow

10minutes weights.
 
Kate, since you are having time/computer/spreadsheet problems, post everything here, incuding whether or not you ate on plan for the day, and I'll make sure the spreadsheet gets updated. I've got your exercise in already for tuesday, did you eat on plan?
 
I can access it now since Im back on my computer, now all I need is a new USB so I can stop stealing my sisters...

Second Lunch: Brown rice w/ parmesan cheese and fake butter
Dinner: Wholewheat pasta w/ turkey burger & organic toe-may-toe sauce

Exercise-

W2 @ 4.7. HOLY SHIT OWWWW! I was huffin and puffin and owwwing. But on the little light thingy where it shows the intensity went from the orange to the first red light so Id totally do it again! :D

I could surrreee go for some bread right now. Or cookie dough. Something doughy. Oooo pizza crust. Not the crappy pizza crust the good doughy pizza crust! I could totally devour a whole pizza right now I kid you not.

Umpfff. Im staying up late cuz I get crazy happy when Im tired and I had a horrible day today(yesterday now I guess...) so Im going to make myself happy today. Plus its Friday so Ill just come home and crash and not worry about fuckin with my sleeping scheduel.

OMG Pizza crust with cookie dough balls imbedded in it! And chocolate syrup... Mmmmm nom nommm.
 
Ehhhh Im stuffed full of brown rice. I still have 15 minutes of exercise balling to do, but Id probably puke up rice if I tried to do any of it.

40 minute bike ride on a new route. Maybe ride around in search of a new route since we only have one....

25 minute bike ride



Then Ill be done with week 1 of my two week torture routine! :)
AND THEN ITLL BE ONLY 7 MORE DAYS UNTIL I GET MY FISH!! :D
