so heres my ticker & my journal. im hoping this helps me to stay focused on my goals. so far today i have done great with my diet. and i have already walked over 6,000 steps so i am only 4 thousand away and i still have alot of daytime left. tonight i will do my strength training after my baby girl goes to sleep. so there we have it. dont have alot of time to put much an entry in, but i will check back in soon.
