We found the perfect dress for me. BUT, it's sleeveless. Dun, dun, dunnnn...
PrettyWhitty just got a lot more motivated LOL. It's actually perfectly flattering in the waist and bust area, just my arms look a little like wings when I'm wearing sleeveless clothes.
I had a pretty good weekend eating wise. We did go out to eat a lot and go to a wedding cake sampling (I really have no words on that subject. I will probably just get married for the free cake samples someday), but I made pretty healthy choices.
I DID however eat fast food for the first time in almost a month. I was in the car a LOT. Stuck to pretty healthy choices though, and again, this weight loss is not about denying myself certain foods. I have to keep that in mind. When I tell myself "ABSOLUTELY NO COOKIES" guess what I crave? Truthfully, I've given in to temptation a lot more than I technically "should" be doing, but I'm still losing weight right? Something maybe yall can think about if you're a certain food denier like I used to be.
The past few days my weight has been fluctuating between 241 and 246 lbs. This morning I weighed in at 244.5, so I'm still at my 9 pound mark.
I tend to have a harder time sticking to my weight loss on the weekend. I'm actively going to try and fix this problem though. I tend to go out a lot with friends Friday and Saturdays, and normally that consists of going out to eat, going to a movie (popcorn is my lover) and having a few drinks. This Friday however I'm going line dancing. If yall have never been, you must try it. It's a really fun way to burn off some calories and it's absolutely hilarious to make an ass of yourself on the dance floor. I'm always a sweaty mess at the end of the night and sore the next day. Go go go go! if you ever have the opportunity!
Today I had a good eating day. I was up at 6 am for work, two hours earlier than normal, and I think that's affected my metabolism a little. I've been starving all day long.
Bfast: coffee with cream and splenda, protein bar
Lunch: diet coke and lean cuisine
Dinner: grilled chicken salad, invisible dressing
I want to go for a long walk with my pup tonight but the heat index today was over 100... We'll play that one by ear.
