Hello, first post here. I am a freshly turned 22 year old male, 6'2". Heres my story so far: In May I went to the doctor for a physical and when they weighed me I was off the scales at almost 400lbs! I couldn't believe it when she said she might have to go get a maternity scale, I was so ashamed. I didn't take much from it and continued consuming large amounts of terrible things no one should eat. But in early August I got very sick with a fever, and I realized I didn't need to consume as much as I had been in order to get by. Since then I have been eating smaller meals spread out through the day, a yogurt/carrot in the morning, half a 6in Togos sandwich midday, the other half in the evening and a bowl of cereal or yogurt before bed if I am very hungry. Hopefully everything works out and I reach my goal of 200lbs before my 23rd birthday! Thanks for listening and I hope if I continue well I'll start posting some pictures!
