Just Double Checking

Alright I was just making sure or even so i'm not quite sure is that when you are on a 6 meal plan throughout day/night and lets say trying to lose that last part of the pooch....although you are working hard to lose it you can still be bulking up at the same time with the weights and cardio and such?? come some1 explain if you can basically do the 6 meal plan lose the pooch while bulking
 
If you want to grow, you have to eat more, if you want to lose fat, you have to eat less. Often time the two don't work well together. Pick one..

so ur no doubt saying that i shouldnt do a 6 meal plan while lifting a lot of weights and trying to lose the pooch...but like i said what if that is really the only fat that i have around my midsection
 
You should be eating 5-6 meals a day regardless of wether you want to lose fat or put on muscle. How much you eat during them 5 meals will be dependant on your goal. Like the others stated before me, it is adviseable to either eat more than you maintainence calories to pack on mucscle or eat less than that to reduce your bodyfat. Either way, continue eating 5-6 meals a day, strength train and perform some cardio.
