ABy eating so little you are most likely making matters worse. Looking for shortcuts as jericho mentioned is never the answer. You could very well be losing muscle instead of fat on a 1000 calorie diet with your height/weight. It's not healthy and I do not understand why you keep saying its OKAY. The reason why people count calories is so they can make healthier choices. I never knew that the french fries and chicken fingers at work were in the excess of 900-1000 calories. That is one meal, that's insane. Not to mention the soda / sauce on the side. It's important to know what you are eating and how much fuel your body needs throughout the day. I counted calories for a few weeks, I am pretty confident in knowing how many calories are in my meal and I can subtract or add things to make sure I am getting what my body needs.
I never knew that spinach was so amazingly good for you ( i love spinach but never made a point of eating it regularly) You may not want to count calories but knowing what goes into your body is vital to being successful at losing and mainlining the weight you've lost.
This is a place where people can share there experiences, I hope you do not dismiss everyone's help in the future because lets face it a lot of people here have been doing this healthy lifestyle longer then you are I and while you should never take someones word as gospel here doing research and listening to others experiences is an invaluable tool to help with weight loss.
I hope you continue to work on living healthy. It feels great once you get used to it
