Do you have any other plans, such as diet plans or exercise routines?

A good idea, at that age, is to look into school programs like sports and such :).

Soda is NASTY, try and cut it out if you do drink it. So much empty carbs.

16 is sooo young. I remember those days!! Well i agree with Loch ban all fizzy drinks its so bad for anyone, especailly people trying to lose weight. Also make your eating enough calories. Dont starve yourself it never works.

Also i would recommend posting in your diary everyday. It keeps you motivated and focused on the task at hand, which is LOSING WEIGHT:)

I would recommend keeping a food journal too, to count down every calorie that goes into your mouth. This will totally make your life easier, knowing did you eat too little or too much that day!!

Best of luck chick, i know you can do it:hurray::hurray: I wish i started at 16 my life would have been alot easier!!:):)

@Loch OxyElite Pro is fat burner which gives energy and helps in losing weight & no i really dont have diet plan but i dont eat that much really so my cals wont go above 1,000 4 the excersices what i will do one day front side the other back side cuz am little confused with excersiceses

@Irishprincess yes i thought to do it dialy but i dont want to weight daily so that if i gained or didnt lose weight it will be frustrating NOO it's never too late ^_^ thnxx
 
what irishprincess means is not to weigh yourself every day, but to count the calories of the food that you eat everyday, so you will not eat over 1000 calories per day.

16 is still young and your body hasn't finished growing yet, so I would advise you to just be alot more active. Do things that you love doing, so it won't seem like a workout to you, and chances are higher that you won't stop doing it in the middle.

Its time to hit the GYM when i come back i will post a very very excellent diet probably the best in the world that will make you lose about ___kg in a week O.O

back from the GYM :ack2: lol anyway heres the diet that made me lose 3kg(6lbs) every week:eek2: & im not joking :mad:(just give me the goddam diet) lol ok:rofl:

Breakfast:
1-2cups of water ½ hour before breakfast
2-2 fat free cheese slices (80g)
3-1 mortadella slice

Snack1:
1-green tea or any hot drink without SUGAR!
2-diet bar chocoloate (2 blocks ONLY)

Lunch:
1-2cups of water ½ hour before lunch
2-chicken breast (grilled or boiled) about (300g)
3-salad (cucumber,lettuce,cabbage,radish,green pepper,celery,parsley,watercress,mint) do not add(tomatoes,oil,carotts)

Snack2:
1-lettuce (4pieces) or 2 cucumbers
2-green tea or any hot drink without SUGAR!

Dinner:
1-2cups of water before dinner
2-2boiled eggs (without YOLKS)
3-small tuna can (100g)
4-green tea or anise (without SUGAR!)

*you can change between breakfast and dinner
*dont drink any kind of juice
*dont eat any fruits
*dont drink low or fat free milk
*you can replace cheese with eggs or mortadella or tuna
*you can replace chicken with beef or fish (grilled or boiled) not fried
*you can drink green or black tea or coffee or any hot (herb drink) any time but (without SUGAR!)
*its IMPORTANT to drink 2cups of water before every meal especially before breakfast
*dont add SALT because it traps fluid in your body
 
Ok my first day with diet was good i wasnt hungry i ate little amount of food , im muslim so i have to fast from 3:30 am morning till 6:40 pm evening now its 1:00 am i should be eating something before its late but im not hungry

dates its a must thing in ramadan (3pieces of dates) because their taste is freakin sweet



lentil soup about ¾ cup



chicken fillet it from the market u buy it & its ready to be fried but it isnt fried my mom puts it in the oven about 25-30 mins each side & it taste so delicious (3pieces)

i ate the 3rd piece ;P lol


and when i returned from the gym i ate an apple


drank alot of water no juices nor milk just plenty water

hey a, back sorry didnt post anything last 2 days because of internet problems anyways

basiclly thats my diet didnt change anything so i was like hey i dont want 2 wait for a week f*** it lol so i weighed on starting day i was about 110.3 the 2nd day 109.2 ^_^ the 3rd day which is today 108.7 so far everything is great xD
 
4got 2 say that i will be taking weekly photos and when i see good results i will make a video before and after
 
Wait..you are aiming for 1000 or less calories a day and you are at 242? My friend, you are cutting your calories WAY too low. You are going to hurt your body that way. I think you are trying to drop weight too quickly, especially with this psudostarvation diet. I'm very glad you are looking to work on your weight but I think you are going the wrong way. You are taking a fat burner..something you really don't want to do as those are also harmful to the body. Stop looking for shortcuts and let's help you do this in a more realistic manner.

I am familiar with Ramadan (worked in Kuwait and Iraq for about 4 years) so I know about the fasting. I just want you to be careful with not cutting too low.
 
yeah man those fat burners are f****** dangerous i took it and i threw up about 3 times and my nose bled i felt so depressed i could've killed myself so think again guys about fat "killers"


jericho i appreciate your opinion but i think as long as your doing diet &amp; training not taking pills or fat burners then your 100% ok because its natural

just now i weighed i didnt eat anything i weighed 107.4kg is it good or bad i think its great:jump:
 
2 me counting calories is something impossible because what i eat is food that i make at home how should count the stupid calories so just eat less train hard. fuck i told everything about weight loss
 
eating isnt a problem look at me im eating less and losing weight why do u have 2 count your calories i really give "counting calories diet" thumbs down just eat less dont eat bread,rice,pasta u know that bad stuff and go to a GYM i thought it was so hard but when u start losing weight it becomes more easy but at the first its difficult
 
do what i told and you will definatly lose weight because i did it once &amp; here i am doing it for the second time



when you reach a point where your body doesnt want to lose weight do the counting calories diet or change your diet have a little bit more cals because when i reched 90kg thats it every week i weigh without losing a pound and then i gave up but not this time :cuss:
