Just Curious

I wish I could consume 4000 calories and lose weight!

Man... how much do you eat while bulking?!?! A million or so?

To do a true bulk I guess I'd be around 5000 cals. That's why I don't see myself doing that anytime soon. Believe it or not it's a pain in the ass to force feed yourself

I could eat 5000 cals a day, easy. lol

Yeah, I could too... but not much more than that. When I just eat whatever I want to all day long with all healthy food I usually eat around 3500-4500.

But I rarely do this because I don't like to gain a lot of fat while bulking.

I could easily eat that much if I ate fast food etc. In fact that's what I used to do, but it's hard to eat that much clean food day in and day out

You are lucky man!

For me, I eat 3300 cals on my bulk, and I'm gaining, although I think I need to up it a couple hundred more. I feel like I eat all day, but what's worse, is I feel like I'm cooking something all day. I make a S#*@ load of rice and chicken, and it's gone it like 3 days...

I'm really complaining more than bragging. Maybe overall it's a good thing, but sometimes it's a pain in the ass. Say I'm going somewhere for the day, like taking my kids to the zoo or something. I have to take an enormous amount of food with me...or say I went somewhere without taking any food.... it really sucks when it's like 8PM and I realize I need 1200 more calories

I am so jealous of you...1200 calories is EASY

4-5 table spoons of PB, 2-3 pieces of ww bread...a banana..some milk DONE

But I'm anal about all my numbers (sat fat, all my macronutrients in the right proportion etc.) so what you mentioned might likely put me way high on fat or carbs depending on what I already ate
