Hey guys not to be mean,but how come every single time I ask you guys to help me form a FBW dumbell workout I only get one or 2 replies asking how I do my workout then you guys don't help me at all.

I'm just a Teen Trying to get stronger,faster,and more Healthy,I've tried makeing my own workout but,its Really Really confuseing to me,It says alot of newbs run the wrong way when makeing their own workout routine. I don't wanna be that newb.
 
Hey Mate,

Read around this forum as much as you can and then try to put a program together yourself based on that information. Post your program in this thread for feedback. This way it helps us and helps you learn more.
 
I do a dumbell FBW. An example of a dumbell FBW is:
squats
romanian deads
bench
b/o rows
pullovers
shoulder press
after that do some isolation and abs.
Not saying this is great but it does hit the big muscle groups and all those exercises can be done with dumbells quite easily. This is just an example, not saying you should do this.
 
well what I did for about 10 months was this:

workout A
dumbell squats
Dumbbell Bent-over Row
dumbell bench press
upper body assistance exercise(your choice)
Cuban Press

workout B
stiff leg db deadlift
chinups/pullups
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
lower body assistance exercise(your choice)
External rotator on knee

but I kinda realize I need to mix it up now and now would be the right time!
