I leave for Houston today I can't wait, I have been so hungry today and I'm trying to stick with my meal plans and keep my mind busy, my calorie intake seems to be from 1337-1800 a day starting from this past wednesday, I'm not sure If I should stay at 2000 or at 1300 like I wanted, should I eat more or stay where I am? So far my reports tell me that i definitley need more iron. When I first started the new meal plan I noticed I ate alot of carbs and fats, now I have alot more protein in my diet, but I still need more iron and vitamins. i know its just the beginning and the first week isn't even over yet but I'm looking more into my eating habits and seeing whats better for me and what vitamins and minerals I need more of.
