Just a quick question. <Please read!

I've read threads about taking suppliments that are created from chemicals. And people who have shunned those asking about them, I'm just another...but hear me out.
I'm currently 5'9 and weigh about 135, 140. I've been involved with problems relatiing to people wanting to beat me up...people bigger than me. I've been labeled a "bitch ass" or a sissy because i'm afraid to defend myself, because of my scrauny body. And no i dont wanna get bigger just to beat people up. "Pick on someone your own size" doesnt exsist...peopel pick on me cause im small, i just want to earn a little more respect. My plan is to eat like a horse, do proper full body work outs, and take some sort of weight gaining product to "speed" up the process. And by eat like a horse I of course mean good healthy foods. Now my question is, will i see results? and please dont shun me. I'm just a 19 year old guy seeking guidence. Please hit me up with some responses.
I Have read the entire Body For Life by Bill Phillips, so i have some sense of direcion, so please help a scrauny little guy out :(

Hi

Its difficult to say what wil happen to your body because everyone is different. it depends on your metabolism, genetic body type, what and when you eat, how you workout etc.

I find it difficult to gain mass too, but in the past I have put that down to not eating right, due to not having enough knowledge about what I was doing. Now I know better, but have to recover from a back injury before i can get abck into training to test out my ideas.

Bear in mind it will take you a year to reach your maximum size, thats if you train and eat perfectly so it is a slow process. Also, how big you get is determined by your genetics, so you will never be able to grow beyond a certain range, just add a bit of bulk to your existing frame.

My advice is to eat BIG and work hard. try workout out with heavy weights 3 times a week, concentrating on a different body part in each session.

try doing 4 sets of 8 reps on every exercise. If you can, eat 3 eggs, a can of tuna, some rice or potatoes, and 5 portions of fruit and veg every day. eat small healthy meals whenever you can - never let yourself get hungry, and take a whey powder supplement.

most supplements are not worth the money, but a mass gain powder should help you.

hope this helps

I might want to add that i DO smoke cigarettes, and drink once every blue moon...I will quit cigarettes, just not anytime soon. Thanks so far.

i drink once every blue moon also. it was blue friday as a matter of fact. :D

just make sure you're getting your calories in and hitting the weights hard.

alright man its like this i kno alot of people wont agree with me on this but what u need is either a real strong creatine ( a good one being american stamina) and protein shakes but there is a way to speed it up now along with this u can take this stuff i take which is called beast what this does is bulk u up basically what it is is a legal steroid but its nto potent enough like the others to cause ne of the major "problems" ( any thing u think might shrink) like the others. but all of those things are what u need ne weight lifter that isnt on illigle sterioids is on these and if u need ne more info on these go to www.thebeast.com www.legalsteriods.com www.americanstamina.com or even www.gnc.com

What you are speaking of is an andro, beast is an andro, yes it is a legal steroid for the most part and MANY people do in fact experience the same symptoms (though less severe) as full-fledged steroid users (d-bol and other sorts of anabolic users). There is a major reason why you do not want to get on this stuff right now though...the FDA will be making it illegal to sell andros without a prescription. It would not be good to start this stuff and then have no other way to get it. Also, do not rely on a supplement to gain your muscle. To "seed up the process", however, you could use creatine. This is a substance that is highly beneficial in gaining muscle mass. Your muscles are composed mostly of water and protein. Creatine directs more water to your muscles for the most part. That post by jp on this topic a while back hits every point clearly, and directly, listen to that advise.
