hello everyone, as you can see im new here. but i just wanted to ask a few questions. i know some of these question have been looked at in some other threads, but 110 pages is a lot of stuff to look through.
but anyways here are the questions.
1.) How do you workout your wings? i don't know much about them, so if they aren't really a major muscle, what would be on that would get me to grow a little horizontal and how would i work that out?
2.) How would I go about having more defined pecs? I have some strength and muscle there, but there barely showing.
3.) Is there a workout that is as effective as squats that I can do at home?
4.) What are some good lower back workouts?
