Just a few questions...need some answers and cc

just because your muscles can lift a high weight does not mean your bones can handle it. if you damage the epi plates your hooped. does any one remember the powerlifter whose leg snapped when he was lifting. broken femur i believe nasty thats what happened to him. the growth rate of your bones is very different from that of your muscles so be careful of the amount you are lifting until you have completed growing.

Start training dude you don't have to worry about lifting very much weight at any rate. Unless your naturally strong and really dedicated. I guess our pre historic ancestors would of been short - they were much bigger and stronger then us - when they were subject to intense labour at very young ages.

Avoid positive failure. (look it up)

This is the only forum, that i visit, where a number of people believe young people can't train hard.

okay, I read that for abs (main focus next to chest), the three things you need is good cardio, diet, and training. So thats running (gettin cold :( ), eating right (need some help there lol), and problably crunches (I hear theyre better than situps). I also read from another source that weighted crunches are better than regular ones...more weight (such as a dumubell) and less reps. They compared it to bicep curls. They said "would you do 50 bicep curls with no weight? No, then why would you do crunches with body weight?"

So I'm confused with those...and I really need some more abdominal exercises and some guidance

As for chest...push ups, bench press, rows, chest press (sitting), and maybe a few dips?

And legs...I tried the squats...but I need a spotter, and its really uncomfortable (I know im complaining lol) and other than running (ties in with abs) is there anything else to build mass on the legs?

ARMS
Dumbells, pushups??<---need some more there

finally shoulders and back...
people have told me that abs are nothing without a strong back to match it...true?
are back arches really worth it? cause theyre annoying and I hardly feel any burn after lots of reps...also need some more exercises there...but back's like last priority

shoulders...everything works shoulders riiiight?....help

um so yea any help would be appreciated, thanks all of you guys for takin the time =)

NOTE: on the abs, I have a clear 4-6 pack...depends on what is in my tummy lol...but the most defined abs are the highest ones (that make the 8 pack) and the lowest abs are barely visible...normal? any exercises to get the lowest abs?

Your over thinking this to much and quite frankly i think your looking for excuses to not train.

The routine i outlined is a VERY good beginner program, you will hit all the major muscle groups of the body including abs.

for the abs my favorit exercise was the leg hold, very uncommon exercise it go's like this. lay flat on you back with you arm under you, and lift your legs like 4 inchs for off the ground you for about 1 min should feel your abs blowing out of you stomect if you do it right.

here are some other's

leg lifts
plankes
bicycle crunches (in my book this is the 2nd best hurts like hell tho)
cut kicks
torso holds

thats the best of the ab exercise's so find what works and do it peace out
