Well ICanSee, pretty much just everything..... In a nutshell, I went from Hot Pockets, king size candy bars, big bags of fried chips, fast food, pizza, etc, etc, etc.... and zero exercise (besides what I get at work)
To fresh fruits and veggies. Lots of lean chicken breasts, tilapia, and whey protein shakes. Clean carbs, like oatmeal, and healthy fats, like avacado, olives / olive oil, all kinds of nuts. And I'm exercising hard 5 or 6 days out of 7.
I NEVER, ever have any slip ups with my diet. I do miss a workout on rare occasion, due to my work (or fishing

) but I guarantee I have worked out on more of my scheduled rest days, than I have missed scheduled workout days.
It's really easy. You just have to throw your whole "old lifestyle" out the window, and start from scratch
