Just a couple of progress photos :-)

Awesome awesome awesome! Lookin pretty darn good! I would also like to know what dietary changes you made to love the initial 50. :)

Come on, I'm only 3 months late, right ? :)

Well ICanSee, pretty much just everything..... In a nutshell, I went from Hot Pockets, king size candy bars, big bags of fried chips, fast food, pizza, etc, etc, etc.... and zero exercise (besides what I get at work)

To fresh fruits and veggies. Lots of lean chicken breasts, tilapia, and whey protein shakes. Clean carbs, like oatmeal, and healthy fats, like avacado, olives / olive oil, all kinds of nuts. And I'm exercising hard 5 or 6 days out of 7.

I NEVER, ever have any slip ups with my diet. I do miss a workout on rare occasion, due to my work (or fishing ;)) but I guarantee I have worked out on more of my scheduled rest days, than I have missed scheduled workout days.

It's really easy. You just have to throw your whole "old lifestyle" out the window, and start from scratch :)

Peace,

Fish

Wow...awesome results!!

And you're right, it doesn't take as much as people think to make a huge difference in your weight...cut out the crap and replace with fresh fruit and veggies...I'm down 20lbs just from drinking lots of water...and it will drop further with the diet changes that I have made. It is nutty once you realize how bad most of the "good" foods are for you and you make the change to healthy eating...I've just started going down this road, but it is nice to see someone that has gotten the results...it makes me realize that I am heading the right direction.

Thank you for the post!!

Later.

Thanks again all :)

Hey Astro, that's funny :) I'm actually a big teddy bear, and a momma's boy :) LOL But you know, it is kind of cool sometimes "to look like" a big bad-a$$, so most people don't even start any crap with you to begin with :)

Peace,

Fish

PS, Only the fish need to fear me ! ;) LOL

Haha, nice Chris

Again, your pics are just awesome, and you definitely have a bad ass vibe going on!

I'm a big softy as well, but I'm a pipsqueak in comparison to your photos! lol. I need to start hitting an actual gym so I can get ripped like that! I've always just been a runner with very light strength training, so I'm a tad scrawny -- which is funny to say nowadays considering how I used to look, hah :p

Your ink is excellent, too! I wanna get a tat not long after I hit my goal, but I'm not quite sure yet what to get.

Anyway, congrats again on your amazing success, Chris!

Thank you Frogged :) I totally hear you. After I first lost a lot of weight, I was looking pretty scrawny too, my skin was pretty loose, and in a nutshell, just not very healthy.

Ya' know, after a person has been obese for most of their life, it's great to hear, "Wow ! Your looking skinny" ! But when you think about it, their are a good number of skinny people, who have never been, nor will ever be fat {of course not all of them are necessarily healthy either, but....}

But body building is just a good way to put some "feel good + feel good about yourself" weight back on :)

I REALLY wanted to weight train tonight..... but it's not part of my schedule. Instead, some HIIT cardio on the stationary bike was :( I hate that thing. I love my real mountain bike. Don't even care that it's 35 lbs. Heck, I bought it for exercise :) But what the hey.... that's out of the way now too ;)

Peace,

Fish
